As Nicolas Valois  has always been interested and inspired by the fashion photography and the cinema, he has entered the « Ecole Régionale des Beaux Arts » at Angers and the « Ecole Nationale Supérieure Louis Lumière » in Paris. He has assisted many directors of photography of TV set at France 2.

After 6 years managing studio Zero, he decided to start his own carieer in 2008. Nicolas is passionate about old photographies, ethnoligy, anthropology. We can feel this culture and passion in his photography, especially as he pays a lot of attention to the lights, styling/ make-up and the set. Casting is also (primordial) as he can attract the best expressions and the personality of the models. He also loves the theater industry from where he gets some inspiration from Bob Wilson for example or many famous directors.
